How do I find information on Movieland?

In addition, many areas also have subtopics that contain additional information. The different areas of Movieland are all available from the top navigation row at the top of all Movieland pages. Here are some tips for finding your way around:
Click a link in the navigation row (e.g., Reviews) to open the main page of a selected area.
Place the mouse pointer over a link in the navigation row to display subtopics for a selected area.
Click a subtopic link in the navigation row to open a subtopic.
Click the Back and Forward buttons on the toolbar to navigate back and forth through the Movieland pages you have visited.
How can I find information about a specific movie?
Whether you want to know more about movies playing now or upcoming or movies on DVD and Blu-ray, you can read a movie synopsis, review, gossip, news or watch a trailer.
How can I learn more information about a specific movie?
Click on “Read More” for your selected movie to learn about the Release date, Film Studio, Director, Cast, Genre and a synopsis of the movie.
How can I comment on a review for a movie?
In the Review section, click on “More” to read the full Review. At the bottom you will find a form to leave a Reply. Write your comment in the box underneath, then click Submit. You can select a real or screen name. Your email address will NOT be shown. If you have your own website, please add it (optional).
How can I comment on Gossip and other Stuff?

Does Movieland filter user movie reviews for inappropriate language?
While Movieland filters user postings for obvious sexually explicit, vulgar or offensive language, it is ultimately up to members of the Movieland community to notify Movieland of offensive postings. Members should notify Movieland about comments which contain inappropriate, sexually explicit, disrespectful or degrading language, harassment, discussion of illegal activity or promotion of the sale of goods or services.
How do I report an offensive movie review written by a Movieland user?
If you find inappropriate or offensive language, commercial solicitation, or discussion of illegal activity in a user movie review, please notify Movieland by using the Contact Us form.

There’s a movie playing in another country that hasn’t opened yet in Canada. When will it be shown here?
Not all movies that are released in the USA, UK or other countries are released in Canada, especially with smaller movies. The reason is they first need to be picked up by a Canadian distributor. Ask us and we can enquire about release dates if you give us the film title.
How can I find out about screenings for parents with small children or babies?
Several theaters offer screenings during the week specifically for parents with small children. Please check out details on: Movies For Mommies.
Movies For Mommies is presently screening movies in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Admission includes all access to baby-friendly services, change tables, diapers & wipes, bottle warming and other promotional items. All locations have ample parking around the theatre or are conveniently located near public transit stops. Please select your region to view the theatre locations and times specific to your area.

Every Province has its own rating system so we suggest that you check ratings beside the title when you look for a movie or a theater in your local area.
