It all began when director Todd Phillips took Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms to the depths of Las Vegas, and then escalated quite a bit in The Hangover Part II when the gang took a trip to Bangkok. So for the third installment of the franchise they go obviously to that other sin capitol, Tijuana, Mexico
According to the Toronto Sun (via The Film Stage) that’s the new destination, but that’s not the only stop for the wolfpack. According to sources close to the production, Phillips is currently planning to film in Los Angeles then to Las Vegas to do some shooting there, and then, finally, end up south of the border in Tijuana.
The Hangover Part III will complete the trilogy of films about a group of friends who have a tendency to black out and lose people. Cooper, Helms and Galifianakis will all be returning for the second sequel and it was reported that the actors will be receiving a sum close to $15 million for their performances. Mike Tyson, who previously appeared in both The Hangover and The Hangover Part II has confirmed that he will be filming another cameo for this project as well.
Look for the movie when it arrives in theaters next year on May 24, 2013.
